Grooming your Australian Labradoodle
Brush coats once a week. Be especially conscientious around ages 8-12 months to keep their coats from matting.
Bathe occasionally, not too often. It is essential for your dogs comfort to maintain natural oils in their skin.
When bathing, avoid getting water in their ears. This can lead to a yeast infection.
Use shampoo and conditioner made for dogs.
Towel dry thoroughly.
Check nails every two weeks and keep them trimmed so the quick doesn’t grow out too long.
