LABRADOODLE PUPPIES

When you select Labradoodle puppies, you have an opportunity to establish a unique bond with your dog. We observe our puppies carefully. As a result, we notice personality characteristics, energy levels, and spiritedness. We consider all these traits when we match our Labradoodles for sale with prospective owners. We want to place our Labradoodles for sale into loving homes where the dogs are a good match for the owner’s lifestyle.

We can't thank you enough for our bundle of joy.  Ozzy did so good on all three airplane rides home.  I had absolutely no problems with him. Everywhere we went people were stopping me and asking to pet him, some even wanted to steal a hug.  You have done a wonderful job with him.  He is so smart and such a tender hearted guy, we just love him.  Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, so very much.  Hugs.....Jo and Ron

Learn How To Care For Your Labradoodle.

Follow The Advice Of Australian Labradoodle Breeders
To Properly Care For Your Pet's Beautiful Coat

Although searching for the perfect Australian labradoodle breeders is an important first step toward finding the right pet for your home, your search for the right professional doesn't stop there. In fact, if you want to take proper care of your labradoodle, you might also want to consider finding the right groomer as well!

As might be expected from a dog that is a mix between a poodle and a Labrador, the coat of a labradoodle can be a bit tricky to care for. There are two primary types of coats a labradoodle may have. Theses are…

  • Wool Coat

The coat does not drape down and consists of tight curls. This type of coat needs to be clipped about three times per year in order to reduce matting and to keep the dog clean.
  • Fleece Coat

The coat is long and wavy. This type of coat needs to be trimmed about three times per year, but the beard and the area around the eyes may require more frequent trimming. The hair around the eyes should be cut straight across in order to make the eyes more visible.

It is also important to note that the coat of your labradoodle will change as your puppy grows older.

As it grows older and its coat becomes denser and thicker, you will need to help remove the puppy coat by brushing it on a regular basis. Since labradoodles do not shed their coats on their own, it is important for you to assist with this process. Otherwise, the new coat will get tangled with the puppy coat, and become tangled and matted.

Of course, frequently brushing your pet in order to remove its puppy coat is much better than having to clean up fur that has been shed and spread all over your house!

Most Australian labradoodle breeders will recommend that you spend a little extra in order to purchase a quality brush. By doing so, the brush will be able to get past the top coat and will be able to thoroughly brush underneath. By getting down to the skin and combing outwards, you can be certain you are getting out all of the layers of the puppy coat so the new coat can grow in beautifully.

Then, through the help of your professional groomer, you can be sure your pet's fur stays looking great at all times so you can thoroughly enjoy your adorable loving canine friend.
